I lost my temper twice this weekend. Oops I forgot... I haven't been meditating recently. I didn't explode or anything stupid. I only had a moment of real irritation. Twice. But I don't like feeling this

It's a beautiful day outside. The sun is shining from a clear blue sky, the temperature is in the low 80s, the garden is finally responding to the long-overdue warm weather, and my cat survived being outdoors

If you keep holding yourself back and worrying about what other people think of you, then this is for you… Although people may talk or make comments, really nobody is actually thinking of you that much.

I see you. No can touch you. I see you. Why are you away? Come back. I wait for you. sigh I hate no touch.
