Here's a normal breakfast at @happychaga and in many other homes in FINLAND. Oatmeal and different frozen handpicked berries from last summer and autumn.

It is very important for Finns to eat berries and vitamin rich food in the wintertime. We are so thankful and happy that we can grow and harvest these kind of superfoods here in North, so we manage to survive the long winter.

It is of course possible to fuel yourself with sugar and get energy from candy and sugared yogurts, but we believe more in natural healthy food. You can't produce nice content, own a business, take care of pets and your house and be happy doing all of it, if your body and mind don't get the right nutrition.
