Con esta iniciativa le doy la bienvenida al mes de abril desde la columna Programárnos Para el Bienestar, estoy casi segura que nos sobran cuentos de experiencias donde la coincidencia ha sido protagonista del instante.
Son tantas las circunstancias que nos ocurren de manera simultánea y que además tienen relación que nos dejan sorprendidos ¿cierto?.
En lo cotidiano vivenciamos infinidad de coincidencias, sólo si estamos despiertos hará que no queden anestesiados esos recuerdos. ¿Estas listo hoy para vivir tu proxima coincidencia?
Decía Carl Jung el padre de la psicología analítica, que las coincidencias pareciera que ocurren sin motivo aparente, sin embargo llenos de significados para quienes lo vive.
Según mi experiencia, he podido encontrarle significado desde la atención plena de lo que está ocurriendo en ese momento.No siempre he estado en ese estado, cosa que le ha restado emoción y significado.
Y algo similar afirma Deepak Chopra, el escritor de Sincrodestinos lo dice con estas palabras: "Al vivir conscientemente el momento presente,vivo la magia del sincrodestino"
En los archivos de nuestra mente y de nuestro corazón deben haber uno que otro episodio registrado de coincidencias.
Como por ejemplo, hace pocos meses me disponía a trasladarme desde Guarenas hacia Caracas, salí del edificio y "causalmente" en el estacionamiento estaba el representante de una empresa de envíos con un paquete para mí, ello me hizo devolverme a mi apartamento. La verdad es que estaba esperando ese paquete desde hacia casi un mes, mi emoción me hizo quedarme disfrutando del contenido. Invertí en ese episodio aproximadamente 22 minutos, cuando me disponía a salir de nuevo del apartamento, venía bajando una vecina que para ser sincera a veces ni me contesta los buenos días, ese día tampoco me contestó,sin embargo aunque dijo con voz seria: "Si no es necesario que salgas quédate, porque la autopista está cerrada y colpasada, hubo un choque horrible a la salida del túnel".
Hubo un accidente catastrófico,aparte de lamentar lo sucedido, agradecí la coincidencia de la empresa de envíos así como también coincidir en el pasillo con mi vecina, la que a veces no me contesta el saludo.
El nombre se lo da cada quién según su experiencia, creencia y percepción.
**Aquí les comparto otra anécdota: Hace 2 años yo estaba en un país que no conocía,gracias a Dios tenía trabajo fijo, lo cual me permitía cubrir mis compromisos económicos.
Los dueños del establecimiento estaban de acuerdo con que yo prestara servicio solo por unos meses. El acuerdo era que trabajaría hasta una semana antes de mi regreso a Venezuela.
Ocurrió un imprevisto que me dejo boquiabierta y muerta de incertidumbre: de la noche a la mañana decidieron despedirme 2 semanas antes de los acordado. Eso implicaba un gran caos económico para mí.
Ese mismo día la amiga que me había brindado hospedaje en su casa se enfermo de manera imprevista de tal manera que la hospitalizaron por una semana, mientras su madre una mujer de 84 años se cayó, se fracturó el pie,además que sufre de alzheimer y parkinson, su condición de salud requería cuidado de otra persona.
Coincidir el poder estar en casa cuidando y atendiendo a mi Mireyita, mientras mi amiga estaba en el hospital fue realmente una bendición.Además pude compartir en esas 2 semanas momentos de mayor intimidad y complicidad con Mireya.
Me permitió pagarle con la misma moneda, en mi estadía en los 6 meses en su casa no faltaron las atenciones, la contención, la compañía y guía para mi persona.
Según mi experiencia, el estar plenamente presente,anclada en el aquí y ahora hace que las vivamos intensamente. En estado presente puedo vivir con intensidad el momento, de manera que queda grabado en mi ser.
Cuando brindo mi presencia al momento es cuando logro conexión sentida, y eso permite que que sea eterno el recuerdo,registro la calidad de la belleza del momento.
Un ejemplo: ¿Por qué será que unos labios que coinciden al besarse y el actopuede durar sólo segundos y pasan los años y aún nos acordamos de ese beso como si lo acabáramos de dar o recibir?
