Para el #beersaturday de esta semana os traigo mi último descubrimiento en lo que a cerveceras americanas se refiere. Se trata de Long Live Beerworks. Hice acopio de varias latas y me arrepiento de no haber comprado más, puesto que todas ellas han rozado la excelencia.

Lúpulo: Idaho 7 y Citra
Formato: Lata de 475 ml
Tremendo bombazo. Me encanta el sabor del lúpulo fresco en una cerveza, es una mezcla de frescor y amargor que me apasiona. En ocasiones se alinean los astros y puedes tomar una cerveza de lúpulo muy fresco y beber una lata con menos de un mes de enlatado en la que se han puesto grandes cantidades de lúpulo de alta calidad. Todo eso trabajado con sabiduría, da como resultado cervezas adictivas como esta. Además del amargor, destaca el sabor potente a corteza de cítricos.
Peligrosamente suave de beber, parece que tenga 5º en lugar de los casi 9º que tiene.
El aroma es contundente y se nota nada más abrir la lata.
En resumen, una de las mejores cervezas que he probado en lo que va de año.

Tremendous bombshell. I love the flavor of fresh hops in a beer, it is a mixture of freshness and bitterness that I love. Sometimes the stars align and you can have a very freshly hopped beer and drink a can that has been canned for less than a month in which large quantities of high-quality hops have been put. All of this worked with wisdom results in addictive beers like this one. In addition to the bitterness, the powerful flavor of citrus peel stands out.
Dangerously soft to drink, it seems to have 5º instead of the almost 9º it has.
The aroma is strong and is noticeable as soon as you open the can.
In short, one of the best beers I have tried so far this year.
