My Actifit Report Card: January 20 2019

Today I went out for my first long run after my half marathon. I was a bit worried bacause of how tired I had felt during my race.

A group of 3 of us started our run at 6am in cool weather which I think really helped. I managed to complete the 15km's in a personal best of 01:28 which I was very happy with.

Monday again tomorrow, let the week begin.
