      Esperando se encuentren todos muy bien, Zuni por aquí nuevamente, participando de la semana de mayo en Argentina, con un clásico de estos días, denominado Locro, acompañado con Mandiocas hervidas, torta fritas y pastelitos caseros.

      Palabras siempre me preguntaba ¿Cuándo vamos a estrenar la olla que compramos? Y es por eso que lo sorprendí, comprando todos los ingredientes y levantándome bien temprano para preparar todo. Primeramente, lo tenía planeado cocinarlo en la cocina tradicional, pero Marcelo, con toda la razón, me decía que no terminaríamos nunca. Pero además el señor quería que hagamos tortas fritas y obviamente lo consiguió, con un plus, que son los pastelitos caseros.

Palabras always asked me when are we going to use for the first time the pot we bought? And that is why I surprised him, buying all the ingredients and getting up very early to prepare everything. First of all, I had planned to cook it in the traditional kitchen, but Marcelo, quite rightly, told me that we would never finish. But he also wanted us to make fried cakes and obviously he got it, with the added bonus of homemade cakes.

      Si bien hacía mucho frío, nada nos impidió para prender el fuego y a cocinar se ha dicho. Salió todo muy rico y guardé locro en el freezer, como para 6 almuerzos más.

Although it was very cold, nothing prevented us from lighting the fire and cooking. Everything turned out very tasty and I kept locro in the freezer, enough for 6 more lunches.
