Hi friends of steemit, it is a pleasure to greet you, in this opportunity I will show you a delicious and delicious cheese tart with the easiest and simplest steps, without so much waiting we will pass to our preparation.

Ingredients:

• 1 curly tart mold of 28x2.5cm.
• 1 cup of condensed milk.
• 1 cup of evaporated milk.
• 250gr of cream cheese.
• 2 spoons of unflavored gelatin

-Preparation n ° 1 (dough for the tartlet):

Ingredients:

• 1 pinch of salt.
• 1 teaspoon of cinnamon.
• 1 cup of water.
• 2 tablespoons of sugar.
• 3 cups of wheat flour.
• Nutmeg grated.

Step n ° 1: Place in our bold the 3 cups of sifted wheat flour and add the pinch of salt, the teaspoon of cinnamon, we integrate the 2 tablespoons of sugar and finally put the cup of water.

Step n ° 2: after mixing and kneading, we go to stretch our dough in the mold for tartlets and place in a preheated oven at 180 ° for 25 minutes, remove and let stand to move to the cheese mixture.

-Preparation n ° 2 (Mix of cheese):

Step n° 3: Mix the 2 teaspoons of unflavored gelatin in 1/2 cup of warm water and let stand.

Step n ° 4: Add the cup of condensed milk to the blender,
