This motorbike was brought by the owner to my workshop with the problem of the ignition section, here my thoughts immediately went to the spool and magnet, after I opened it like the picture above, my guess is true, the problem is in the spool and magnet.
This machine no longer has a dynamo starter because it has been removed by the owner on the grounds that there are frequent problems with the dynamo electric current, here I cannot install the dynamo anymore because many cables have been removed.
what is certain is that if I install the dynamo starter again, the cost is quite expensive because the owner has to buy from the cable set, dynamo set, the battery that belongs to Supra 2007, why does it have to be a supra battery, because the ignition supra battery is slightly larger than the original prime motorbike itself.
The point is, the owner of the motorbike doesn't want to install the dynamo first because economic factors are no longer supportive.
This is the spool after I removed it from the engine, in the spool it turned out that there was a broken cable because the wire was friction with the magnet, fortunately there was no fire in the left side
After I checked again and there were more problems in the spool tub or left side crankcase, in the left crankcase there were loose bolts and the spool plate holder bolts were also lost,
And the drain hole is clogged,
the cause of the mapet exhaust holes is,
when we wash the motorbike or when driving in rainy weather, it is certain that the water entering the spool has no way out, causing a pool of water in the spool and spool to most likely burn because the wires are shorted to one another, and the gasket has also been damaged. break up so it is very easy for water to enter the ignition chamber or spool.
There are also parts that are injured and there are parts made of iron that are corroded because the incoming water has no way out until there is rust on the magnet.
The cause of the mangnet is abrasions or the wound is caused because the bolt on the spool plate holder has been lost until when the engine rotates the holder shakes and the spool hits the magnet directly.
In the gap in the magnetic gap there is also a lot of sticky sand, why does the sand get into the spool space ??? The answer is, when the machine is unloaded and the magnet is opened, it is the habit of the repairmen to taro carelessly until the sand in the lantern is sticky and very difficult to clean because it takes a long time.
The solution is when your machine is taken to be unloaded at the workshop, you should directly assist the mechanic because not all mechanics work neatly and cleanly, one more way, by paying attention to the gasket and the small lid that is in the middle like a magnet.
And here I am soldering the broken spool, the cause is quite a lot.
The cause that often occurs is because the ignition is unstable so that the spool cable is unable to accommodate the high voltage current until the wire is scorched.
Another cause is when the cable connection is not neat when soldering,
So that the cable is very easy to break.
So here I solder it very carefully because the hot steam generated by the solder does not damage the spool cable protector.
Because the day also started at night I didn't continue anymore because the workshop only opened until 6 in the afternoon, then the spool that I soldered earlier I wrapped in a used cardboard so it won't bite the mouse, and I also wrap the machine using plastic which is usually used to wrap packages
