Well, no—it’s not a crocodile; it’s a caiman.
Still, I think this would impress anyone, wouldn’t it? Greetings to everyone who’s part of this wonderful community and to those who enjoy the wonders of nature.
Keep in mind that I didn’t take this photo myself; I found it on Facebook, as it was one of the news stories that caught my attention this morning.
In the El Hatillo area of Caracas, they’ve found this caiman, which is in one of the water ditches. There are many questions and uncertainties surrounding this issue.
For example;
where did it come from?
How will they get it out of there? Where will they take it?
Are they really planning to rescue it? And most importantly;
who will take charge of this?
As we all know, the situation in Venezuela hasn’t improved, nor has it changed. Today, more than 13:10 into the disaster, there are still people alive buried under the rubble. It seems incredible that a person could survive so long without food or water and with little oxygen—perhaps with injuries that are putting pressure on their body—but last night, a family of three was pulled alive from the rubble.
That is why one of the things we must never lose is hope and faith.

Today, Wednesday, July 8, here at home, amid a light rainstorm—one that’s been going on for several days now—I’ve had to put the roof repairs on hold because of this tropical weather system, which has caused those animals I mentioned earlier to come out. However, I’ve been able to install some pieces of wood and sheets to provide a little protection from the rain and prevent water from continuing to leak through the damaged section.
All this pictures from my house;
That's all for this morning. I hope everyone is doing great. Keep enjoying life, and have a wonderful week.
