Friday Night a local charity organization was hosting a live painting event. Ordinarily - I’m not one for participation in ANYTHING - but it’s a good cause and I haven’t painted with acrylics in awhile. So I went to work.
The start
A little grey shadow filling
A bit of mossy brown for a swampy patina
— Quick Bourbon break at the 45 minute mark —
Adding the blood red and a light blue
Softening the blues and browns with white
Playing with the running blood and sharpening the black details
Just a few pieces of me during the process.
