I was been hospitalised on March . A week before my SPM result .SPM is a secondary school exam in Malaysia . So I am very panic ! I stay at ward for 3 days . This is one experience that I can't forget in my life . Although, I am sick but there also have many sweet memory , cute nurse ,doctor and etc hahaha .
I was been hospitalised because my appendix was burn . I felt very sick at the the early . And I decided to remove the appendix . Gratefully the appendix was safely on an operation . I can't move to go anywhere ,my stomach is pain ,auch . There is the effect of the operation , but now it is become more better .
Now, I can walk,play and social like I do before . So, I want to advise you all , make sure watch out your eating habits.
Guys ! Please follow the food pyramid , and practise a healthy life it will maintain your health, such you need to prevent the high saturated fat food . This is the main point of my article , what you eat today will effect your life tomorrow . Thanks for reading. Bye
