So since my son first started kindergarten three weeks ago, I wake up at 4.00 a.m almost every morning. Basically to be someone who is waking up my wife since she needs to prepare foods for our children.
My son can't simply eat any food. He has autism. He can't eat gluten, to say the least. My wife has a strick dietary regime for him. She is the one to cook food for my son and his younger sister.
My daughter is a neurotypical. Maybe not really neurotypical. She started talking before 18 months old. Now she's a machine gun of endless questions, comments, laughters, and cries. She's just relentless. She generally able to navigate the world with almost full awareness now.
Her older brother talks incoherently, and doesn't really convey his thoughts.
So waking up four AM in the morning, every day.
Going to work at 7.30 AM in the morning, every workday.
And sleeping at 9.30 PM in the night, every day
This is thursday. My body is screaming.
