Another beautiful sunny Sunday morning.
My wife decided to go for a walk every morning. Lately, I stopped inviting her to go for walks with me because she always found a reason to stay at home, especially in the morning. And the reason was simple, - "I want to sleep".
Yesterday she surprised me by waking up and immediately starting to get ready for a walk.
In the evening, we agreed that in the morning we would go to the northern quarry and our daughter and granddaughter would go with us. The morning came; my wife woke up at 6 a.m., and at 7 o'clock she was ready to go outside, but my daughter said, - "I still want to sleep". We didn't even bother to wake our granddaughter.
The three of us went for a walk; Nora, the dog, was with us.

We went along a special forest path, which is blocked from cars by large concrete blocks. Recently, my wife started asking me to take more pictures of her. So this time she decided to pose, but Nora had plans to kiss her.

Chicory can be seen almost from the beginning of July to the end of August. I see that this flower is becoming more numerous every year in our village and in the surrounding area. He even appeared in my yard.

alt

Another beautiful flower. I do not know the name.

I was at this place with my daughter a week ago, and I saw a large thicket of Jerusalem artichoke. Yesterday I saw that this plant had started to bloom in the village and decided to check out this place. But it's still early; I think we still have to wait a couple of weeks. Well, then.. We'll wait.
Initially, I recognized this plant under the name "earthen pear". I also grew it about 15 years ago. This plant has edible root vegetables.
But why is there so much Jerusalem artichoke in this place? riddle.

alt

Well, there are no yellow flowers, so this big black flower will be photographed.

My wife is afraid of heights. But now she has come to the edge of the quarry. The height is about 30 meters. But my wife is determined!

Nikolai Ostrovsky, a 19th-century Russian writer, has a play called The Thunderstorm. And there are these words: "Why don't people fly? Why don't people fly like birds? That's how I would spread my arms and fly."

What event can take place without our Burrow? She's always here! She is also interested in looking down; last time, she even went down to the bottom of the quarry.

alt

I was very surprised to see this quarry. I was here 10 years ago, and there was nothing like this here.

We saw 2 apple trees and gathered some apples for compote. The compote turned out very tasty!

It's time to go home. We were on a walk for about 2 hours. When we were walking home, I noticed that I didn't have a dog leash in my hands. I had to walk back to find a leash. But I didn't find it. I had to attach the dog to a camera strap. I'll find a leash in a week. He should be somewhere near the photo shoot location.
The result of the walk is 15 thousand steps. The dog is tired of walking. When I told her that we needed to return to the career, she looked at me with sad eyes. The sun had risen high, and it was difficult for the dog to walk along the stone road. So I left her with my wife and went to the quarry alone.
