A lot of people became health-conscious in recent times. Especially people are becoming mental health-conscious day by day which is a good sign. But you will also get to see how they stress too much about 'keeping this up'. Like if they miss a meditation session or a gem day.
We have to understand that those techniques we are following to keep our physical and mental health better should be for relieving stress and anxiety not increasing them. So, keeping this in mind we should also make a proper routine so we can follow it easily. But the question is if we fail what we need to do?
Meditation is not just about sitting in the same position for half an hour with eyes closed. But it's more about a lifestyle. If you miss a session of meditation, it's tally fine. You can practice other forms of it so you don't have to rush to fulfill your session days. Anyone can do practice mindfulness, reading, writing, or take any other relaxing session to calm their mind and focus.
You see, now it sounds more manageable. I can understand why people rush to fulfill their sessions. From a beginner to a regular one, they find meditation really helpful. But we need to remember, we are on this journey to make our life better, easier, and happier. And that's why we must quite stressing about meditation. Rather focus on other things that we can incorporate as an alternative to this. So that when we travel, when we have to be in a different environment we can make our mind and body calm and find peace.
It's really time to not stress anymore about meditation and incorporate alternatives!
