Perkedel are food made from potatoes or fried or boiled flesh, then crushed and mixed with some ingredients and spices. Formed spherical flat or according to taste, and dipped into a chicken egg whisk and then fried.
this food is usually eaten with meatballs, or rice. it tastes so delicious it attracts many culinary lovers.
