Sausage Pasta Rosé, served with a side of roasted Winter Vegetables.
I made this lunch special one day for a gastropub I worked for, it was what I was in the mood to eat in that moment. I took some Italian sausage and poached it > minced > added it to a marinara I made. I always added roasted garlic to my marinara. I served it with roasted carrots, turnip, sweet potato, and parsnip. Garnished with fresh Italian basil and parmesan cheese. When I photographed this it was by a large open window. It sold pretty well that day, I believe over 10 lunch specials were ordered.
