GIANT ROC A FELLAH!
GIANT ROC
From far away, a Roc may be mistaken for a normal bird, but once it comes closer its true size can be appreciated. These massive birds never stray from the Burning Lands, most likely due to the warm ground and favorable nesting conditions of the uninhabitable wasteland of The Unknown.
LINE UP AND POSITIONING
Summoner: YODIN ZAKU
Reason for Picking:
Always a first choice fire summoner as of the moment to be used in any battle as long as it allows by the ruleset.
First Position: ANTOID PLATOON
Reason for Picking:
A very effective low mana cost tank that provides shield ability and got 2 armor plus 3 health.
Second Position: GIANT ROC
Reason for Picking:
A great choice for the second position as it provides you with flying and reach ability.
Third Position: LAVA SPIDER
Reason for Picking:
A no-brainer choice for a Yodin summoner team as this monster provides snipe ability plus 4 health on just 3 mana.
Fourth Position: GOBLIN FIREBALLER
Reason for Picking:
A perfect fit to complete the team of 29 mana cost battle for a fire team. It gives 1 range attack plus 2 health that will be boosted by a Yodin summoner.
Fifth Position: SPARK PIXIES
Reason for Picking:
Always a great fit for a group of range attackers that embodied 2 range attacks, 5 speed, and have a flying ability
Sixth Position: SCAVO FIREBOLT
Reason for Picking:
Another range attack monster that gives 2 range damage plus 4 health.
BATTLE ROUNDS
Game Rules: Equal Opportunity and Melee Mayhem
Mana Cost Limit: 29
(PLAY BY PLAY)
ROUND 1
Reaction: This is a battle of magic versus range damage attacks. But since I got 2 melee attackers plus the blast ability given by a Yodin summoner, I have a big advantage already.
ROUND 2
Reaction: At the start of round 2, Yodin summoner domination was seen, and with the help also of Giant Roc reach ability, this was a fast victory on the battlefield.
Battle Results Reaction:
I was amazed continually by the power of Yodin summoner plus the monster around him that provides a balanced melee and range attacks. As long as we maximized the mana cost given and the ability of each monster being use, the advantage will always be on our side.
Tell us about your lineup
My lineup is consists of 2 melee monsters and 4 ranged attackers.
Did your strategy work?
Yes, all of the monsters fit perfectly well with a Yodin summoner and the opponent cant simply stop my team.
What will you try differently next time?
I will try to flip some of the monsters but will still use a Yodin summoner for a fire team with a Giant Roc at the second position.
Do you like the GIANT ROC? Why or why not?
I love GIANT ROC for the second position as it provides great ability that helps your team win the game.
