Preparamos el onoto dejando en remojo las semillas de onoto en aceite y dejamos cocinar por unos minutos hasta que hierva, dejamos reposar y reservamos. Ya cuando tengamos la carne picada procedemos a cortar los aliños, el ají y el ajo lo licuamos con las alcaparras y el resto de ingredientes los cortamos en tiras y rodajas finas para finalmente integrarlo todo a la carne previamente condimentado a nuestro gusto y cocinada. >For the stew, we chopped the pork and beef into small cubes.
