Me puse mi delantal y comencé a preparar un almuerzo simple; este día no tuve muchas ganas de cocinar, así que quería algo sencillo que no me tomara tanto tiempo de preparar. ### ✨PASO 1: Lo primero que debemos hacer es lavar y quitar la cáscara de la cebolla, los dientes de ajo, lavar el pimentón y los tomates, para luego agregar todos estos ingredientes a la licuadora.

### ✨1 STEP: The first thing we need to do is wash and peel the onion and garlic cloves, wash the bell pepper and tomatoes, and then add all these ingredients to the blender.

### ✨PASO 2: Seguidamente, comenzamos añadiendo 1 cucharada de azúcar (para quitar el sabor ácido a la salsa), 1 cucharada de sal y licuamos.

### ✨2 STEP: Next, we start by adding 1 tablespoon of sugar (to reduce the acidity of the sauce), 1 tablespoon of salt, and blending.

### ✨PASO 3: Luego, añadimos la salsa en una olla o caldero con aceite y, cuando comience a hervir, es momento de añadir el cubito de pollo, el cual vamos a incorporar; tapamos y dejamos que la salsa reduzca los líquidos.

### ✨3 STEP: Then, we add the sauce to a pot or saucepan with oil, and when it starts to boil, it's time to add the chicken bouillon cube. We cover it and let the sauce reduce.

### ✨PASO 4: Pasado el tiempo, es momento de añadir los condimentos de preferencia; en mi caso, añadí un poco de orégano, pimienta negra y apagué el fuego cuando noté que, al momento de hervir, las burbujas se notan espesas.

### ✨4 STEP: After that time, it's time to add your preferred seasonings; in my case, I added a little oregano and black pepper, and I turned off the heat when I noticed that the bubbles became thick as it boiled.

### ✨PASO 5: Ahora es el turno del espagueti. Para esto, vamos a tomar otra olla, vertemos 1.5 L de agua, junto con ½ cucharada de sal, y llevamos al fuego, para que, al momento de hervir, agreguemos el espagueti y lo dejemos al fuego el tiempo especificado en el empaque, que en mi caso fueron unos 8 min aproximadamente.

### ✨5 STEP: Now it's time for the spaghetti. For this, we'll take another pot, pour in 1.5 liters of water, along with 1/2 tablespoon of salt, and bring it to a boil. Once boiling, we add the spaghetti and cook it for the time specified on the package, which in my case was about 8 minutes.

### ✨PASO 6: Pasado el tiempo, colamos y, en mi caso, me gusta agregar una cucharada de mantequilla y ya estaría listo para servir este delicioso espagueti con salsa de tomate y el queso de su preferencia, que es infaltable.

### ✨6 STEP: After the cooking time has passed, strain the sauce, and I like to add a tablespoon of butter. Then this delicious spaghetti with tomato sauce and your favorite cheese—which is a must—is ready to serve.
