Elaboración.

- Then stir well to integrate.

- Cocoa cream with hazelnuts.
- We put the cocoa cream with hazelnuts on one of the halves of our cake.
- With the help of a spoon we spread it very well until it is completely covered.
- Then we place the other part of the cake on top.
- Pour a little syrup over the top.
- Set aside.
Let's move on to making the fudge.
- Grate both chocolates.
- Pour the white and dark chocolate into a container and add a tablespoon of vegetable shortening to each.
- Until it integrates with the vegetable shortening and gives us that wonderful liquid appearance.
- Pour into a piping bag or pastry bag and set aside.
Repeat the same process with the white chocolate.
- Once we have our two chocolate fudges ready, let's decorate them.
- We take the dark chocolate and pour it all over the cake giving it a nice shape.
- Repeat the same process with the white chocolate.
- Then we add a little grated chocolate on top to give it a delicious appearance.
