Okay! I'm only a tiny player in the world of Bitcoin investing. As previously posted, I only was brave enough and only could afford to purchased $20 worth of Bitcoin.
Now that I've opened up a COINBASE account, instead of going to the Bitcoin ATM, I purchased more fractions of a Bitcoin on their exchange. As many have said to never leave too much Bitcoin at an exchange, I transferred my $3.85 into my wallet, not noticing the very light coloured 'fee' amount that was on the page, still a newbie at this whole cryptocurrency thing.
As you can see by my tiny fraction minus their fraction below, I ended up with only half of what I transferred. I could not believe it. Does this happen all the time? Who charged me for that transfer, was it Coinbase or was it my wallet? If whoever always takes half the cut, wouldn't I be losing out in this cryptogame? This is depressing ...
The rising Bitcoin numbers are exciting and encouraging but I don't think I will be buying too much anymore. ๐
By the way, heard somewhere that the price of Bitcoin may reach $13,800.00 by February 2018. Keeping my fingers crossed as at this point it seems that nothing is impossible if it is foreseen that Bitcoin will be used by giant corporations in the future sometime.
I'm still riding riding this Bitcoin Wave, let's hope it continues to soar to the moon.
