It is morning in sunny Cyprus,where even winter looks like summer and it's time for my most favourate mealof the day...breakfast. And what goes well with beautiful weather is sunny side up fried egg an grassy green avocado spread, nice and simple with a tiny bit of fresh lemon juice, salt a freshly grounded pepper corns. Gotta love it !!! All of it resting on rye bread toast...yummy and healthy as well. Combinaiton was calling for deep blue patterned plate and voilà...Breakfast in colours,that makes my day. Bon Appetite !!!
