Reconozco que, aunque llevo tiempo en Facebook, WhatsApp y otras redes sociales comencé a escuchar de Hive hace algo más de seis meses. 
Me explicó que, al igual que otras redes puedes subir tus escritos y hacer amigos, pero a diferencia de otras hay reglas debes cumplir y la calidad debe imperar. En otra conversación le pregunté sobre otras cuestiones y me dijo que antes de hacer cualquier publicación estudiara, indagara, intercambiara con otros hivers y después decidiera si entrar o no.
Después de estudiar, intercambiar con otros que están en Hive y leer mucho he decidido hacer mi presentación al ecosistema y, aunque, ha pasado mucho tiempo desde que escuché hablar de Hive varios acontecimientos ocurrieron en mi vida que les comentaré más adelante.
¿Cuáles son mis gustos, intereses y aspiraciones en Hive?
¿Cómo fue mi niñez, mis estudios y mi vida social?
¿Por qué he decidido unirme a ustedes?
De estas y otras cosas hablaré con ustedes y contaré parte de la historia de mi vida.
Mi llegada al mundo ocurrió un 10 de agosto de 1976, en la provincia Camagüey de Cuba.
Tuve una infancia muy feliz, carente de lujos, pero llena de mucho amor de mi familia y de la gente de mi barrio. De todas estas cosas lo más lindo fue llegar a la vida con una hermana melliza. Ella es mi universo compartido, mi mejor amiga, mi otra mitad. Tengo cuatro hermanos más mayores que yo que se encargaron de cuidarnos y entregarnos todo el amor posible.
Mis años en la escuela fueron muy buenos porque pude aprender y destacarme en diferentes aspectos educativos. Participé en Círculos de Interés, Concursos de Conocimientos, encuentros deportivos y actividades culturales. En todas estas actividades fue relevante la actuación de esa niña que fui.
En la medida que iba creciendo aumentaba mi interés por la escuela y las diferentes materias que allí se impartían.
Aprender de Historia me permitió saber sobre mi país y sus luchas; de Geografía pude admirar las bellezas naturales del planeta, sus ríos principales, recursos minerales y aprendí a amar la naturaleza. Con la Literatura conocí y me enamoré de las principales obras de la literatura universal y supe de molinos y aventuras con Don Quijote de Miguel de Cervantes, de la Divina Comedia de Dantes, de los Tres Mosqueteros y viajé al centro de la Tierra con Julio Verne.
Igual me gustaron los conocimientos aprendidos en Biología, Matemática, Química y Física. Algo que me divertía mucho fueron las actividades y clases de Educación Física y los deportes que al igual que mis padres me enamoraron.
Debido a mi dedicación fui ganadora de concurso de conocimientos a nivel municipal y provincial y medallista en concursos nacionales.
Participé en Juegos Deportivos Escolares Nacionales en Atletismo, Baloncesto y Voleibol. También fue destacada mi participación en festivales de artistas aficionados en las manifestaciones de literatura y danza.
Por mi destacada trayectoria estudiantil fui seleccionada entre las mejores estudiantes de mi graduación.
Terminé mis estudios en el preuniversitario y tuve que interrumpir mis sueños de hacerme una profesional universitaria porque la situación económica en Cuba era muy difícil y tuve que ponerme a trabajar para ayudar en el sustento familiar de mi casa. Desempeñé diferentes trabajos que me han ayudado a lo largo de la vida. Trabajé en Comercio, Cultura, Educación y en Servicios Comunales.
En todos estos empleos pude aprender y enseñar, pero, lo que más aprecié fue la amistad que hice en estos lugares.
Después de tener cierta estabilidad económica decidí ingresar a la universidad y realizar la carrera universitaria en el Curso para Trabajadores. Fue una etapa de crecimiento y aprendizaje total. Aquí tengo que aprovechar la ocasión para agradecer la ayuda y apoyo de mi esposo y la familia, pues, sin ellos hubiese sido imposible alcanzar el título de Ingeniera en Procesos Agroindustriales.
Por esas cuestiones de la vida tuve que dar un giro a mi vida y buscar nuevos horizontes fuera de mi país, e intentar mejorar mi futuro y ayudar a los míos. Fue una decisión muy difícil de tomar, pero la situación que vivimos me obligó a emigrar a otro país. Mi destino fue Montevideo, capital de Uruguay y he tenido que lidiar con otras costumbres y culturas, pero, hasta ahora he podido ayudar y mejorar mi vida. Sin embargo, ha sido muy duro porque atrás se quedan sueños, familia, amistades y la tierra que me vio nacer.
Entrar a Hive me ayudará a lidiar con esta nostalgia que tengo, aprender de las cosas que más me gustan como medio ambiente, animales, deportes, cine, literatura, música y mucho más. También me permitirá hacer nuevos amigos, conocer de otras culturas e intentar abrirme un horizonte económico en este ecosistema.
Hay un dicho muy popular que dice: “Nunca es tarde si la dicha llega”
Espero tener la dicha de aprender y enseñar; compartir y ver los colores del alma de las personas; pero mi mayor reto y aspiración será enamorarme de Hive y seguir en él por el resto de mi vida.

I was born on August 10, 1976, in the province of Camagüey, Cuba.
I had a very happy childhood, lacking in luxuries, but filled with lots of love from my family and the people in my neighborhood. Of all these things, the nicest thing was to come to life with a twin sister. She is my shared universe, my best friend, my other half. I have four brothers older than me who took care of us and gave us all the love possible.
My years at school were very good because I was able to learn and excel in different educational aspects. I participated in Interest Circles, Knowledge Contests, sports meetings and cultural activities. In all these activities the performance of the child that I was was relevant.
As I grew older, my interest in school and the different subjects taught there increased.
Learning about History allowed me to learn about my country and its struggles; Geography allowed me to admire the natural beauties of the planet, its main rivers, mineral resources and I learned to love nature. With Literature I got to know and fell in love with the main works of universal literature and I learned about windmills and adventures with Don Quixote by Miguel de Cervantes, the Divine Comedy by Dantes, the Three Musketeers and I traveled to the center of the Earth with Jules Verne.
I also enjoyed the knowledge I learned in Biology, Mathematics, Chemistry and Physics. Something that I enjoyed a lot were the activities and classes of Physical Education and sports, which like my parents made me fall in love with.
Due to my dedication I was a winner of knowledge contests at the municipal and provincial level and medalist in national contests.
I participated in National School Sports Games in Athletics, Basketball and Volleyball. I also participated in festivals of amateur artists in literature and dance.
For my outstanding student trajectory I was selected among the best students in my graduation.
I finished my pre-university studies and had to interrupt my dreams of becoming a university professional because the economic situation in Cuba was very difficult and I had to work to help support my family at home. I held different jobs that have helped me throughout my life. I worked in Commerce, Culture, Education and Community Services.
In all these jobs I was able to learn and teach, but what I appreciated the most was the friendships I made in these places.
After having some economic stability, I decided to enter the university and to study at the Curso para Trabajadores (Course for Workers). It was a stage of total growth and learning. Here I have to take this opportunity to thank my husband and family for their help and support, because without them it would have been impossible to achieve the degree of Engineer in Agroindustrial Processes.
For those reasons of life I had to turn my life around and look for new horizons outside my country, and try to improve my future and help my family. It was a very difficult decision to make, but the situation we lived forced me to emigrate to another country. My destination was Montevideo, capital of Uruguay and I have had to deal with other customs and cultures, but so far I have been able to help and improve my life. However, it has been very hard because dreams, family, friends and the land where I was born are left behind.
Joining Hive will help me deal with this nostalgia I have, learn about the things I like the most such as environment, animals, sports, movies, literature, music and much more. It will also allow me to make new friends, learn about other cultures and try to open an economic horizon in this ecosystem.
There is a popular saying: "It is never too late if happiness comes".
I hope to have the joy of learning and teaching; sharing and seeing the colors of people's souls; but my greatest challenge and aspiration will be to fall in love with Hive and stay in it for the rest of my life.
