Se pueden rellenar con carne, vegetales, pollo, pescado etc. Me gust贸 como me quedaron y su combinaci贸n de sabor con la carne es la combinaci贸n perfecta. Espero les guste y lo disfruten.

Ingredientes / Ingredients: 馃敧
- 2 cebollas grandes, 150 gramos de carne molida, 1 diente de ajo, 1 cucharadita de sal, 3 aj铆es dulces, 1/2 tomate maduro, 1 trocito de piment贸n, 1 cucharada de aceite, 1 cucharada de queso fundido.
- 2 large onions, 150 grams of ground beef, 1 clove of garlic, 1 teaspoon of salt, 3 sweet peppers, 1/2 ripe tomato , 1 piece of bell pepper, 1 tablespoon of oil, 1 tablespoon of melted cheese.
Preparaci贸n / Preparation: 馃嵅
- Quitar la piel a las cebollas, cortar a la mitad y sacar el centro.
- Skin the onions, cut them in half and remove the core.
- Colocar la carne en una olla, agregar el aceite.
- Put the meat in a pot, add the oil.
- A帽adir la sal condimentada.
- Add the seasoned salt.
- Cortar finamente; piment贸n, tomate, ajo, cebolla e incorporar a la carne.
- Cut finely; bell pepper, tomato, garlic, onion and add to the meat.
- Cocinar hasta que se integren los ingredientes.
- Cook until the ingredients are integrated.
- Rellenar las cebollas con suficiente guiso de carne.
