Today, I'm sharing the #recipe for the lunch I made at home. It's a simple, healthy, but very delicious meal that's easy to prepare. It's lentils stewed with smoked pork chops, served with white rice and a fried egg. Let me show you how to make it.

Para preparar las lentejas, lo primero que hice fue lavarlas muy bien, luego llevarlas a cocinar con suficiente agua, con un poco de sal; cuando comenzaron a hervir agregu茅 la chuleta ahumada y el cilantro y luego fui sazonando al gusto con comino caldo de pollo deshidratado y agregu茅 los ali帽os sofritos en aceite onotado.
Por otro lado prepar茅 el arroz con fideo y, por 煤ltimo fre铆r un huevo para acompa帽ar el plato.
