Today I decided to make one of our house specialties. A delicious dish that I’ve named “Pastelucho.” The base is eggs, accompanied by various vegetables. Now I’ll show you how to make it.
Wash and chop the zucchini, chayote, potatoes, carrots, and cauliflower. As shown in the photo (thin rounds).
Pour 2 liters of water into a pot and bring to a boil. Once it came to a boil, I added the carrots, potatoes, and zucchini and cooked them for 3 minutes; then I added the cauliflower and let it cook for 3 more minutes. After that, I strained everything.
I prepared a baking dish by greasing the inside with cooking oil.
In a bowl, beat the 5 eggs. Mix all the ingredients together and carefully pour the mixture into the baking dish.
Preheat the oven to 250 degrees.
Once the oven is ready, place the baking dish with the mixture inside. After 20 minutes,
sprinkle the cheese over the surface of the mixture in the baking dish. Let it brown to your liking. Turn off the oven, let it rest, and enjoy!
Hoy me decidí a realizar una especialidad de la casa. Un suculento platillo el cual bauticé con el nombre de: "Pastelucho". La base serán los huevos, acompañados de diferentes vegetales, ahora les muestro esta preparación.
Lavar y picar la zanahoria, la chayote, las papas, la zanahoria, y el coliflor. Como muestra en la fotografía (rueditas delgadas).
Colocar en una olla 2 litros de agua y poner a hervir. Al hervir coloqué la zanahoria, las papás y el calabacín, por 3 minutos, luego añada el coliflor y dejé por 3 minutos más, pasado este tiempo cuele todo.
Preparé una tortera untándole aceite comestible en el interior del envase.
En un envase prepare o bata los 5 huevos. Mezcle todos los ingredientes y coloque con mucho cuidado en la tortera.
Previamente encender el horno a 250 grados.
Listo el horno introduzca la tortera con el material listo. Pasado 20 minutos.
Agregue el queso en la superficie de la mezcla en la tortera. Deje gratinar o su gusto. Apague el horno deje reposar y buen provecho.
