La verdad que me motiva ver cómo uno puede cambiarse en pocos días, recuerdo cuando también tenía mis primeras flexiones y quería hacer más pero mi cuerpo no daba para más. Tódo es cuestión de motivación y dedicación cuando queremos lograr nuestro objetivo. Sin más que agregarle espero les guste mi participación al reto. 😄

The truth is that it motivates me to see how one can change in a few days, I remember when I also had my first push-ups and I wanted to do more but my body was not able to do more. Everything is a matter of motivation and dedication when we want to achieve our goal. Without more to add I hope you like my participation to the challenge. 😄
