Hola amigos, saludos a todos, es un gusto estar por acá y compartirles mis vivencias, hoy quiero mostrarles una parte de mí que de seguro no conocían y es la repostería.

Cuando en mi descripción comento que soy creativa, está es una de las cosas a las que hago referencia, a elaborar pasteles.

Este negocio lo inicié hace unos años y me iba muy bien, trabajaba desde casa y hacia algo que me gustaba. No he tenido la oportunidad de aprender en una escuela, siempre he trabajado a la lógica y con muchas limitaciones en cuanto a equipos, capital y materiales.
I started this business a few years ago and it was going very well, I was working from home and doing something I liked. I have not had the opportunity to learn in a school, I have always worked logically and with many limitations in terms of equipment, capital and materials.
Tuve que dejar de trabajar con las tortas porque como les comenté mi capital era muy pequeño, yo tenía que esperar vender todo para poder volver a comprar y así hacía a diario.
I had to stop working with cakes because as I told you my capital was very small, I had to wait to sell everything to be able to buy again and so I did every day.
Un día confiando en unos "amigos" les hice la entrega de 4 pasteles de cumpleaños, lo que representaba todo mi capital, no tenía internet y era todo un proceso verificar los pagos, supuestamente el pago ya estaba hecho.
One day trusting some "friends" I delivered 4 birthday cakes, which represented all my capital, I had no internet and it was a whole process to verify the payments, supposedly the payment was already done.
Al día siguiente fui a reponer el material para cumplir con otros encargos y para mi sorpresa cuando paso la tarjeta me decía saldo insuficiente.
The next day I went to replenish the material to fulfill other orders and to my surprise when I swiped the card it said insufficient balance.
Me voy a un cyber a revisar el saldo de mi cuenta, cuando me percato que mi cuenta estaba en cero. Sentí mucha angustia porque no tenía con que reponer los materiales y tenía pedidos para ese día, me sentí muy mal, no tenía de dónde sacar dinero y al final no pude cumplir.
I went to a cyber to check my account balance, when I realized that my account was at zero. I felt very distressed because I had nothing to replace the materials and I had orders for that day, I felt very bad, I had nowhere to get money and in the end I could not fulfill.
Mi sueldo era muy poco, resolvía era con la venta de las tortas y en ese momento mi negocio murió al nacer, contacte a las personas que me debían el dinero y después de tantas mentiras de ya te lo pago, ya te transferí, ahorita vengo, decidí un día no cobrarles más.
My salary was very little, I solved it with the sale of cakes and at that moment my business died at birth, I contacted the people who owed me the money and after so many lies of "I'll pay you, I already transferred you, I'll be right back," I decided one day not to charge them anymore.
Y así con mucha tristeza tuve que cerrar mi pequeño emprendimiento, no tenía de donde sacar o con quien conseguir. Hoy después de dos años, decido retomar el negocio de las tortas, algo que me gusta y en lo que tengo dominio.

Sé que tengo mucho que aprender en el área de repostería, ya que como les comenté he aprendido de forma empírica. Comienzo nuevamente con poco capital, para se más específica con tres tortas de 1kilo, tengo que poco a poco ir comprando todos los utensilios que perdí, que preste y nunca me devolvieron y los que se fueron dañando.
I know I have a lot to learn in the pastry area, since as I told you I have learned empirically. I start again with little capital, to be more specific with three cakes of 1kilo, I have to gradually buy all the utensils that I lost, that I lent and never returned and those that were damaged.
Comienzo sin nada, con una batidora prestada, con una sola bandeja, con boquillas prestadas y con muchos sueños y esperanzas.
Trataré de ser más cautelosa y eliminaré los fiaos, como decimos en mi país. Planeo vender e ir comprando lo que necesito para trabajar, poco a poco, sin pausa pero con prisa.
I start with nothing, with a borrowed mixer, with a single tray, with borrowed nozzles and with many dreams and hopes.
I will try to be more cautious and eliminate the fiaos, as we say in my country. I plan to sell and buy what I need to work, little by little, without pause but in a hurry.
