Hello friends food lovers and tasty food, today I want to share with you a recipe that I made for lunch, I love stewed chicken and I wanted for the first time to do the black sauce technique and it was something that I really liked.

Lo que necesitas en lo siguiente:
-1 pechuga entera de pollo.
-Aliños: 3 tomates, 2 papas grandes, 2 cebollas, 1 rama de cilantro y cebollín, ajo y ajíes.
-Sal, pimienta, cubito para condimentar.
-1/2 taza de aceite.
-2 cdas. de azúcar.
-1 taza de arvejas.
-Arroz blanco para acompañar.
What you need in the following:
-1 whole chicken breast.
-3 tomatoes, 2 large potatoes, 2 onions, 1 sprig of coriander and spring onion, garlic and chillies.
-Salt, pepper, seasoning cube.
-1/2 cup oil.
-2 tbsp. sugar.
-1 cup of peas.
-White rice to accompany.
Luego en un caldero vas a poner a calentar aproximadamente 1/2 taza de aceite, al estar caliente vas a agregar 2 cdas. De azúcar y vas a remover hasta que esté dorado, debes estar muy pendiente que no se te queme.
Then in a cauldron you are going to put to heat approximately 1/2 cup of oil, when it is hot you are going to add 2 tbsp. of sugar and you are going to stir until it is golden, you must be very careful that it doesn't burn.
Al tener el color deseado vas a agregar el pollo, y vas a mezclar muy bien el pollo con el azúcar caramelizada y lo dejas por unos minutos que bote sus jugos.
When you have the desired colour, add the chicken, mix the chicken with the caramelised sugar and leave it for a few minutes to release its juices.
Pasado unos minutos vamos a agregar una taza de arvejas enteras previamente ablandadas, mezclas y dejas cocinar por unos minutos.
After a few minutes add a cup of previously softened whole peas, mix and leave to cook for a few minutes.
Seguidamente, cuando estos ingredientes estén bien integrados vas a agregar todo el aliño y vegetales picados a que se cocinen juntos, mezcla muy bien y tapa por unos minutos.

Luego vas a incorporar los condimentos, remueves bien y tapas.
Al cabo de un tiempo se integrarán muy bien con todos los ingredientes.

Agregamos un vaso de agua porque me encanta la comida con bastante salsa y tapamos por unos minutos, prueba si sientes que le falta algo de sal a tu gusto, para mí estuvo muy bien, el punto exacto.

Finalmente, apagué y puse a hacer arroz blanco, porque era el contorno que quería. Cómo tenía papas no quise acompañarlo con más nada, era justo como lo quería.

Me comí un plato grandote, como siempre yo tengo a mi pequeño Diego quien es mi inspector de control de calidad de cada una de mis preparaciones y me dio el visto bueno, por lo que sé que me quedó genial.
