Hola mamis y papis de mi comunidad de Maternidad, espero la estén pasando genial, hoy quiero hablarles de un tema muy importante y es el “desarrollo de la creatividad en los niños”, siempre he creído que un niño creativo es un niño feliz y seguro, reflejando en sus creaciones su estado de ánimo, por eso estimular a los niños a crear y a desarrollar sus talentos desde pequeños en importante para su formación al crecer.
Es por ello que vemos a jóvenes que desde pequeños pintan retratos, hacen manualidades, crean y diseñan, gracias al estímulo de su creatividad.
Su forma creativa se puede manifestar de distintas maneras, hay niños que desarrollan más las creatividad que otros, por eso estimularlos desde pequeño a ser creativos los ayudará con su autoestima, los hará niños más seguros con facilidad para adaptarse a diferentes situaciones y verán la vida y las dificultades de una manera más positiva.
Hi moms and dads of my Maternity community, I hope you are having a great time, today I want to talk about a very important topic and that is the "development of creativity in children", I have always believed that a creative child is a happy and confident child, reflecting in their creations their mood, so encouraging children to create and develop their talents from an early age is important for their formation as they grow up.
That is why we see young people who paint portraits, make crafts, create and design, thanks to the stimulation of their creativity.
Their creativity can manifest itself in different ways, there are children who develop more creativity than others, that is why stimulating them from an early age to be creative will help them with their self-esteem, it will make them more confident children with ease to adapt to different situations and they will see life and difficulties in a more positive way.
Como mamá de tres he notado la importancia que tiene en los niños fomentar su creatividad, esto lo podemos hacer a través de juegos, manualidades, dibujos, cuentos, entre otros.
Según la Psicologa Ivone Rivera, la creatividad en los niños se puede potenciar para que permanezca en el tiempo y sea provechoso en su edad adulta.
“El desarrollo de la creatividad está profundamente relacionado con el desarrollo del cerebro y las múltiples conexiones que se forman en los primeros años de vida del niño” indicó la especialista.
As a mother of three I have noticed how important it is for children to encourage their creativity, this can be done through games, crafts, drawings, stories, among others.
According to the psychologist Ivone Rivera, creativity in children can be enhanced to remain in time and be profitable in adulthood.
"The development of creativity is deeply related to the development of the brain and the multiple connections that are formed in the first years of a child's life," said the specialist.
“Constantemente ponemos en práctica la creatividad ante el descubrimiento de lo desconocido y la forma en que transformamos situaciones adversas en otras más sencillas utilizando la imaginación, se trata de cambiar el punto de vista de algo, verlo desde otro ángulo, esa es la creatividad” dijo.

La psicóloga comentó que “Desarrollar la creatividad enseña a los niños a expresarse y a enseñar el mundo desde su punto de vista, haciendo una combinación entre la realidad y la imaginación ya que trabajan el lóbulo derecho del cerebro que es el lado creativo de nuestra mente. Los trabajos manuales desarrollan la paciencia y la perseverancia”.
Hace algunos años una tía relacionada con el cine me sugirió que le leyera cuentos a mis hijos que eso los ayudaría mucho de adultos.

A few years ago, an aunt involved in film suggested that I read stories to my children that would help them a lot as adults.
Sin embargo hay niños que las artes manuales como dibujar, es algo que no les llama mucho la atención, en mi caso particular a mi hijo mayor no le llamaba la atención ese tipo de cosas, él jugaba con sus muñecos y veía comiquitas pero no era tan imaginativo y de adulto le cuesta más relacionarse con otras personas.
Mientras que mi hijo Daniel, desde pequeño ha dibujado, le gusta armar rompe cabezas e incluso ha desarrollado un cuento de su propia imaginación, se relaciona con más facilidad y es más positivo ante situaciones adversas.
Existen maneras de estimular esta capacidad, recordemos que la creatividad es una actitud de descubrimiento, un gran aliado es el juego, cuando inventamos personajes y situaciones, esto pone a volar la imaginación de los pequeños.
However, there are children who are not very interested in manual arts such as drawing. In my particular case, my oldest son was not interested in that kind of things, he played with his dolls and watched cartoons but he was not so imaginative and as an adult it is more difficult for him to relate to other people.
While my son Daniel, since he was a child, has been drawing, likes to put together head-scratchers and has even developed a story of his own imagination, he relates more easily and is more positive when faced with adverse situations.
There are ways to stimulate this ability, remember that creativity is an attitude of discovery, a great ally is the game, when we invent characters and situations, this puts to fly the imagination of the little ones.
También las artes manuales en todas sus expresiones, el dibujo y la música son excelentes actividades para el desarrollo de la sensibilidad y la creatividad en los niños.
Actualmente no se le está dando importancia a las actividades manuales en el pensum educativo, lo digo por las asignaciones que me ha tocado hacer y con mi hijo y por comentarios de otras madres, siendo más enfáticos en contenidos académicos.
La creatividad potencia la libertad de expresión, ya que se suele manifestar a través de la comunicación. La Psicóloga me aconsejó a no criticar los puntos de vista de mis hijos cuando ellos lo aporten.
Also the manual arts in all their expressions, drawing and music are excellent activities for the development of sensitivity and creativity in children.
Currently, manual activities are not being given importance in the educational curriculum, I say this because of the assignments that I have had to do and with my son and comments from other mothers, being more emphatic in academic content.

Las manualidades para niños potencian el desarrollo de múltiples habilidades, estimulan y refuerzan los procesos mentales, desarrollan la paciencia, la perseverancia, la atención y concentración.
Reforzando la creatividad con las manualidades se refuerza la memorización, ya que los niños memorizan los pasos y copian los mismos movimientos.
Las artes manuales también refuerzan el movimiento psicomotor del cuerpo y mejora la autoestima porque el niño se ve capaz de afrontar un reto y lograr su objetivo.
Crafts for children enhance the development of multiple skills, stimulate and reinforce mental processes, develop patience, perseverance, attention and concentration.
Reinforcing creativity with handicrafts reinforces memorization, since children memorize the steps and copy the same movements.
The manual arts also reinforce the psychomotor movement of the body and improve self-esteem because the child sees himself capable of facing a challenge and achieving his goal.
Es importante como padres dedicar un tiempo a realizar actividades manuales con nuestros hijos, esto los ayudará a fortalecer su creatividad, imaginación, afianzará su seguridad y pasaras tiempo de calidad con tus pequeños y no tan pequeños.
