Exfoliación Natural para la piel luego de un día de piscina (Esp-Eng)
Hola bellezas qué gusto saludarles, es mi primera vez en esta comunidad, hoy quiero compartirles un día de cariñito que le hice a mi piel y esto con motivo a qué en días recientes fui a la piscina y el protector solar no me cubrió lo suficiente, solo el resplandor del sol hizo que me pelara por completo, por lo que en mi rostro tenía piel muerta y piel nueva y me veía extraña.
Hello beauties what a pleasure to greet you, this is my first time in this community, today I want to share with you a day of care that I did to my skin and this is because in recent days I went to the pool and the sunscreen did not cover me enough, only the glare of the sun made me peel completely, so in my face I had dead skin and new skin and I looked strange.
Así que decidí hacerme una exfoliación en mi rostro con productos naturales y me fue bastante bien. Investigué sobre las propiedades y beneficios que le traería estos productos a mi piel y todos eran muy nutritivos e ideales para le exfoliación que deseaba hacerme sin que fueran agresivos para mi piel.
Para ello Utilicé:
1 Cda. De café en polvo
1 Cda. De Maizena
1 Cda. De miel
1 Cda. De agua para disolver
1 Cda. de azúcar.
So I decided to exfoliate my face with natural products and it went very well. I did some research on the properties and benefits that these products would bring to my skin and they were all very nourishing and ideal for the exfoliation I wanted to do without being aggressive to my skin.
For this I used:
1 Tbsp. Coffee powder
1 Tbsp. Cornstarch
1 Tbsp. Of honey
1 Tbsp. Of water to dissolve
1 Tbsp. of sugar.
Hice una mezcla homogénea y la apliqué sobre mi rostro limpio y comencé a darme masajes circulares tratando remover esa piel muerta, pero sin irritarme la piel, el café y el azúcar me ayudaron en esa tarea, nunca antes me había hecho exfoliaciones ni había usado productos naturales, fue una recomendación de una amiga. Realmente no me cuido mucho y creo que ya es tiempo de hacerlo.
I made a homogeneous mixture and applied it on my clean face and started to give myself circular massages trying to remove that dead skin, but without irritating my skin, the coffee and the sugar helped me in that task, I had never done exfoliations before nor had I used natural products, it was a recommendation from a friend. I don't really take care of myself and I think it's time to do it.
Luego de esto me di cuenta de que mi piel se sentía distinta, pero mejor, más tersa y me gustó. Después de esto me apliqué una mascarilla de pepino hidratante y el cutis me quedo suavecito, fue una sensación muy buena realmente, me gustó, me relajé, estaba muy cargada con emociones y hacerme esta mascarilla me rejuveneció, o al menos eso sentí.
After this I noticed that my skin felt different, but better, smoother and I liked it. After this I applied a moisturizing cucumber mask and my skin was soft, it was a really good feeling, I liked it, I relaxed, I was very charged with emotions and doing this mask rejuvenated me, or at least that's what I felt.
Es increíble la cantidad de mascarillas que nos podemos hacer sin gastar mucho dinero, de hecho con productos que conseguimos a diario en nuestra cocina y en nuestro jardín, el resultado una piel suavecita, cuidada y sana.
It is amazing how many masks we can do without spending a lot of money, in fact with products that we get every day in our kitchen and in our garden, the result is a smooth, healthy and well cared for skin.
