Is This A Comeback?

Hello everyone!

I guess we can call this post a comeback after a long hiatus. It has been a long time since I posted something here; the longest so far, but I am still 'active'. I am still frequently checking posts and read them and still visit my Discord channels. I missed posting so I decided to add something in this blockchain even if it is now quieter than before. It was not immediate, but I was able to observe the changes. The biggest factor is the value of STEEM and I would be hypocrite if I say that I was not affected.

When I formed Cebu Writers' Guild a few months ago, it was part of the discussion that when STEEM plummets down to less than a dollar, we will still be active. True enough, the members were still active until it caught all of us. I guess no matter how convicted you are at what you are doing, you will eventually grow weary if the people around you started to be quiet and leave. I guess I became part of the trend. I decided to have a break so that I can reassess my goals and intentions.

I have to commend Sir @christianyocte for not giving up. He's an epitome of strong will as his intentions are clear and don't depend on external forces. He's determined to hone his craft so he continued to post almost every day.

As for the rest of the gang, I have no idea where the others were and what's going on with their lives. I can only speculate. I guess the boys were caught up with their studies. Sir @morken became busy with other things in life. My soul mate @indayclara pursued her career goals and she transferred to another city due to the nature of her work. She will be back on blogging once everything's settled in her life. As for the rest, I think they're too busy with things and I couldn't blame them. Sheila (@smaeunabs) and Ace (@josephace135) can still be seen occasionally posting and that's a good thing.

As with me, I was having a hard time juggling my day work with my other pursuits in life. I had a few out of town trips which were all interesting to share; maybe if I will have my drive back, I can write a blog about them. Eventually, I was able to regain my balance everything falls into their respective places. I hope I can continue with this feat.

With a lot of things going on here, I had a hard time catching up. A lot of changes happened and more will still take effect. There's so many points to remember and I will familiarize all of them.

I hope that communities will still welcome me after a month on radio silence.
