Good night friends! And dear community!!!

Hello good night! how are you today? Today I want to show you what I have done recently. To make this piece I was using Corel painter, which is the other program apart from Photoshop that I use. Generally when I use PS, I do it to make characters things that are complete and so on, in the case of Corel I use it when I want to make things that are more expressive, spontaneous or, most importantly 😏 a lot of texture.🤩

I think I have said it on past occasions, it is not that Corel Painter pays me for advertising hahahah, but I honestly say it is a good program, which offers many things and with the brushes with a lot of texture, I like it a lot although I do know that I should use it more and delve deeper into it, but well little by little I will get to know it and I will show you what I am doing.

To start this drawing I made a sketch, something strange, but it was functional for me, it didn't have so many detailed things but it was good to start.

On this occasion I have not started with a scale of values, I have started with a base with color, something that I did not do in the sketch were the hands, but, that's fine, that didn't worry me, I would do them later. In this step the base has helped me to identify the lights and shadows a little.

A little later in the process, I had some more details that I had added with the brush that I have been using lately in Corel, the truth is that I like it a lot, something that happens to me is that, well, I know I should experiment more with the program since it offers many interesting things, but well, I'm going little by little. Along the way I have found a couple of good things and I use them until I get bored and look for others.

The time came to clean the lines, in a layer on top of what I had to improve the edges and so on, after that I collapsed all the layers, so as not to have so much mess (3 or more layers is a lot), that is better for me 😅😅😅 .

So far I haven't done anything on the hands, because I was working on other things, I changed the hair a little, I messed it up a little, I didn't want to do it like I usually do, in this drawing I wanted that, a little more of a mess, well, not so much but, you understand me, if you have seen some of the things I do, generally I want to make everything neat, and that doesn't work hahah

I adjusted the colors a little because I wasn't liking it as much as it was before, it was just a few small adjustments and with that I felt happier with the result. So I kept going.

To finish, in this drawing I completed the hands, added some lights and detailed some things that were missing, after I was happy with what I was seeing I decided to leave it like that!
