Hello friends for last night celebrating Christmas, my work team wanted to make a great dinner. For this we started very early in the morning so that there was no time, because there were many things to do. We in food service had to support the candy team because they had planned a great variety of sweets with a lot of preparations. They wanted to make a gingerbread house and they did it!!!!. The house was completely lined with meringue, and the cookie roof tiles, they were very yummy (I had the opportunity to eat a few jjjj). There were chocolate braunie lined with frosting, but what caught my attention the most was the solid chocolate iguana and a gypsy arm in the shape of a tree trunk also lined with chocolate frosting, with fondant flowers. The night went better than everyone expected, as the result was what everyone wanted to achieve and all the customers were impressed and satisfied.

Hola amigos para la noche de ayer celebrando la navidad, mi equipo de trabajo quiso hacer una gran cena. Para ello comenzamos desde muy temprano para que no diera tiempo, pues hab铆an muchas cosas que hacer. Nosotros los de servicio gastronomico tuvimos que apoyar al equipo de dulcer铆a pues ten铆an planificado una gran variedad de dulces que llevaban muchas preparaciones. Quer铆an hacer una casa de jengibre y lo lograron!!!. La casa estaba completamente forrada de merengue, y las tejas del techo de galletas, estaban muy ricas (tuve la oportunidad de comerme unas cuantas jjjj). Hab铆an braunie de chocolate forrados de cobertura, pero lo que m谩s me llam贸 la atenci贸n fue la iguana de chocolate macizo y un brazo gitano con la forma de un tronco de 谩rbol tambi茅n forrado de cobertura de chocolate, con flores de fondant. La noche se dio mejor de lo que todos esper谩ban, pues se tuvo el resultado que todos quer铆an lograr y todos los clientes quedaron impresionados y satisfechos.
