It’s been over a month since I acquired this life changing kitchen helper (gowiseusa.com) and I’m experimenting every week with different recipes.

This is my first attempt to prepare chicken drumsticks (a favorite of my wife’s)

So, I assembled my ingredients — mixing the drumsticks in a bowl with a little bit of olive oil and lemon juice, then popped them into the air fryer.

After 10 minutes at 390° this is what they look like

& I turned them over and turned the air fryer back on for another 10 minutes, to give them color.

Presto, they’re crispy delicious!
