PRESENTE Y PUNTUAL como es nuestra costumbre y por tercer día consecutivo fue un trabajo maratonico de más de 15 horas continuas y nosotros resaltando inmensamente como lo que somos y hemos proyectado desde el comienzo una excelente opción para contar nuestras propias experiencias desde la inclusión y la diversidad.

Vivimos foros y explicaciones a nivel de gerencias, ventas, manejo de personal, y escuchamos un poco el contexto del desarrollo de las organizaciones con visión futurista y como lograr mantenerse o permanecer vigentes.

🤗 Por ser el último día del evento se realizó el sorteo de un teléfono celular Redmi C11 el cual fue sorteado entre los asistentes y de mi parte decrete que quedaría y sería parte de nuestra blockchain efectivamente el premio lo obtuvo nuestro compañero @romifuenm dado que no estaba presente en ese momento nos involucramos inmediatamente nos comunicamos con el y en menos de 20minutos ya estaba recibiendo su premio sin inconveniente alguno de corazón esperamos lo disfruté y haga el mejor uso posible de esta herramienta para su bienestar se lo merece totalmente. 🤗☺️

Llegada la hora del almuerzo como equipo fuimos al Centro Comercial Lago Mall con nuestra hiveer lider @arlettemsalase la cual en esta ocasión decidió comieramos en Kaory un restaurante y fue la primera vez en mi vida que probé el sushi, amo la forma en que el restaurant presenta sus platos y la calidad del servicio pues disfrutamos de una atención bastante rápida, eficiente y cuidadosa a nivel de detalles vimos platos hermosos. El ramen es una sopa la conocí pero aún no la pruebo pronto estoy segura tendré esa experiencia, los roll de sushi tempura me 😍😍🤗😘 los probé gracias a la hiver @landreap la cual compartió conmigo lo que le agradezco mucho pues descubrí en mi paladar sabores y texturas que no conocía y que me agradaron demasiado.

Luego de una excelente comida volvimos al evento y tuvimos la oportunidad disfrutar varias mini conferencias que estaban pendientes según el cronograma pero todas se cumplieron
Una de las cosas que más me llamo la atención de las charlas fue esto:

3 claves para incrementar la productividad y mejorar los ingresos de cualquier negocio son:

1.-Trabajo en equipo

2.- LaProducción y Productividad van de la mano.

3.- Premios y Sanciones: la motivación y corregir errores a tiempo de tu equipo lleva a la armonía de la organización.

En conclusión creer y apostar en el desarrollo continuo de cada ser humano y creo que es parte de lo que venimos trabajando en nuestra blockchain pues en la medida que vamos creciendo hacemos más agradable y óptima la experiencia para los q van comenzando y estar involucrados nosotros en ese proceso fomenta nuestro propio desarrollo tanto personal como profesional (esto es solo mi opinión personal y la determine luego de asistir al evento)

Terminados los foros cerramos el día con música en vivo, y tocó mover el esqueleto ya el cansancio de todo el trayecto del día comenzaba a mostrarse. Terminada la música y posterior al cierre y agradecimiento total a nuestra plataforma por el patrocinio comenzamos a desmontar nuestro stand entre risas bonitos recuerdos y muchas alegrías, Llegó el personal oficial encargado de hacer el desmonte y fue montado en el transporte y llevado a salvó. Nuestro espacio quedó todo limpio y vacío acá les muestro como quedó nuestra área.

MISIÓN CUMPLIDA BLOCKCHAIN

Esperamos en el área de la piscina a qué llegara de vuelta nuestra líder para hacer nuestra celebración final pensamos ir a un restaurant que no conocíamos llamado mykonos pero la atención fue realmente deprimente y estábamos todos sin baterías en nuestro tlf, sin energías de nada por lo que volvimos al lugar donde almorzamos y cenamos de forma excelente y sin problema alguno tuve la oportunidad de pedir mi propio barco de sushi y sigo enamorada de esa comida 😍😍🤗☺️
Tres días maravillosos de grandes esfuerzos y donde demostramos nuestro compromiso y gran sentido de pertenencia a nuestra web 3.0 VAMOS POR MÁS ya es Navidad.

🤗 As it was the last day of the event there was a raffle of a Redmi C11 cell phone which was raffled among the attendees and I decreed that it would be part of our blockchain effectively the prize was obtained by our colleague @romifuenm since he was not present at that time we got involved immediately we communicated with him and in less than 20 minutes he was already receiving his prize without any inconvenience we hope he enjoyed it and make the best possible use of this tool for his well-being he totally deserves it. 🤗☺️

Arrived lunch time as a team we went to Centro Comercial Lago Mall with our hiveer leader @arlettemsalase which on this occasion decided to eat at Kaory a restaurant and it was the first time in my life that I tried sushi, I love the way the restaurant presents its dishes and the quality of service as we enjoyed a fairly fast, efficient and careful attention to detail level we saw beautiful dishes. The ramen is a soup I knew it but I still do not try it soon I am sure I will have that experience, the tempura sushi rolls I 😍😍🤗😘 I tried them thanks to the hiver @landreap which she shared with me which I thank her very much because I discovered in my palate flavors and textures that I did not know and that I liked too much.

After an excellent meal we returned to the event and had the opportunity to enjoy several mini conferences that were pending according to the schedule but all of them were fulfilled.
One of the things that struck me most about the talks was this:

3 keys to increase productivity and improve the income of any business are:

1.-Teamwork

2.-Production and Productivity go hand in hand.

3.- Rewards and Sanctions: motivating and correcting mistakes in time of your team leads to the harmony of the organization.

In conclusion believe and bet on the continuous development of every human being and I think that is part of what we have been working on our blockchain because as we grow we make the experience more enjoyable and optimal for those who are starting and we are involved in this process promotes our own personal and professional development (this is only my personal opinion and I determined it after attending the event).

After the forums we closed the day with live music, and it was time to move the skeleton and the fatigue of the day's journey began to show. After the music and after the closing and total gratitude to our platform for the sponsorship we began to dismantle our stand with laughter, beautiful memories and many joys, the official personnel in charge of dismantling arrived and was mounted on the transport and taken to salvage.
