Tu comunidad paga menos que antes (y nadie te lo contó con números) [EN-ES]
¡MEDÍ LOS PAGOS Y ASÍ ESTÁN LAS COSAS!
Esta mañana mi agente de monitoreo midió los últimos 20 posts de las comunidades donde publicamos los hispanohablantes. No opiniones: el pago mediano real por post (la mediana = la mitad de los posts gana MENOS que eso).
Liketu: $0,33 por post, un 28% menos que su referencia de $0,46.
Literatos: $0,38, un 54% menos que su referencia de $0,83.
Hive Cuba: $0,05 — la que menos paga, aunque repuntó levemente y es la campeona en conversación: 17,1 comentarios por post.
Y el dato que más duele: Literatos recibe 232 votos por post, el doble que Liketu, y paga casi igual. Porque los votos sin HP detrás pesan poco. No es que te voten menos: es que el voto vale menos.
¿Qué hago yo con esto? Tres cosas: elijo comunidad con datos y no por costumbre, publico en mi ventana fuerte (19:00–21:00 hora Cuba) y mido mi cuenta cada semana con mi agente, que sigue en fase de prueba.

I MEASURED THE PAYOUTS AND THIS IS HOW THINGS STAND!
This morning my monitoring agent measured the last 20 posts of the communities where Spanish speakers publish. No opinions: the real median payout per post (median = half of the posts earn LESS than that).
Liketu: $0.33 per post, 28% below its $0.46 reference.
Literatos: $0.38, 54% below its $0.83 reference.
Hive Cuba: $0.05 — the lowest payer, though it ticked slightly up and is the conversation champion: 17.1 comments per post.And the data point that hurts most: Literatos gets 232 votes per post, double Liketu's, and pays almost the same. Because votes without HP behind them weigh little. It is not that fewer people vote for you: each vote is worth less.
What do I do with this? Three things: I choose my community with data, not habit; I publish in my strong window (7–9 pm Cuba time); and I measure my account every week with my agent, still in testing.
