A sudden inspiration made me sit down and write down some of the realizations i reached throughout my experience. I am an explorer of both my outer and inner worlds. Deep within us lies hidden wisdom. When we realize it and utilize it, it helps us to change, evolve and better ourselves. I think if we can capture moments like this we could benefit.

The thing i thought about was how to easily enter meditation. I created a mental "anchor" to help myself. You may find it helpful for getting into meditation mode. I think of the word "emptiness", after that all thought stops and i'm completely in the moment, breathing deeply in and out. You can continue doing this and continue the meditation any way you want and like. For me this helps to give my mind a break, and after that my focus is restored and i am more effective in everything i do, be it learning, exploring or creating. I wonder how many other people are using something similar.

I wrote everything directly into steem, because i want to make a project in which the participants write down the sudden inspirations we all get now and then unedited. This would allow us to understand each other better, learn faster and evolve certain parts of our mind faster. You may say it is a thought flow project.

How it works?

The project will be called Think Flow and i will create a tag for it - "thinkflow", that will be used to participate in the project. The title must be your user name followed by thinkflow and a number of your post. I will title this article xtrex ThinkFlow 1.

What you have to do is to create your post by directly typing the thought that flows through you right now. Editing of the text is not permitted, but you can add photos, it's best if they are done by you, because one image can be a thousand words, and if they are that many they should be yours. Having said that, there is no problem to express yourself with whatever images you like.

The picture i included is probably one of the best photos i have ever taken with my phone. On my way to Untold festival i took this shot of an ant eating a drop of honey. The image is cropped, so the focus would be on the honey, but otherwise it's unedited.

The whole idea is to show the intuitivity of our minds. At the end of your post you may invite other people, because the more we are, the better it gets.
