He saw the car he wanted.
It was dark. He looked around.
He couldn't see a movement.
He couldn't hear a sound.
So he broke into the house
By smashing windows with a brick.
He quickly found the car keys,
Ran outside and drove off quick.
A neighbour heard the noise
And rushed to call the city cops
Their sirens blared into the night
As they raced past local shops.
They caught the thief, arrested him
Before he got too far...
And that's when our thief realised
He'd stolen his own car
