Hey, hey! This is @gabrielatravels, and I am excited to bring you a brand new edition of #TravelDigest! ❤️
Today's post is going to take you on a virtual tour with stops at a city in Mexico, a ship-shaped building in Venezuela, and a beach also in Venezuela. We also have the honourable mentions, where you can get a few more travel postcards from France, Venezuela, Turkey, USA, Uruguay, and Philippiness, so don't forget to check these posts too! 😊
And then we saw a stage set up and there were some cultural performances! I was not sure if this was coincidental or my host mum actually brought me here specially with the programme, but it was interesting for a foreigner like me to watch this.

CORPOTURS is responsible for promoting tourism in the state; here, you can also purchase tickets to visit Mochima National Park and its beautiful islands. The ship-shaped building features blue benches around its perimeter and semicircular stairs leading to the ticket offices for boat and peñero (traditional small boat) trips to Mochima Park.

This time, I visited Caracolito Beach, which was relatively close to the inn where I stayed, El Picoteo de Lili, and which I had never visited before. When I arrived in town, I saw the sign and decided to go as soon as possible. The inn owner recommended taking a mototaxi from where the sign was to the beach. And that's what I did: the mototaxi charged me less than a dollar to get there and about $1.20 for the return trip. The ride takes about 10 minutes.
