Hello everyone, Worldmappin friends! I'm @lauramica, and today I'm sharing our Thursday Travel Digest. Come and see the places we have to show you today.
Today's featured posts take us to a hidden monastery in Kosmaj, Serbia; we take a look at a ex-spa near Bateig, Spain; and we stroll through the streets of Belém, Portugal. We'll also visit other places around the world, such as the Philippines, Venezuela, Norway, and Egypt—a little bit of everything!
Thank you all for pining your travels on the Worldmappin map! Have a wonderful day! 😃❤️
I will write to you about another hidden gem of Serbian medieval history, which I discovered on the map of Kosmaj, while after lunch I was looking at these beautiful landscapes and thinking about what else I could visit in this region. And I found it, but barely, because it is really hidden, away from the main road, in the forest: Pavlovac Monastery.

Yesterday afternoon, to get out of my worries and clear my mind, I went with my son, quite unplanned actually, to a place that piqued our curiosity when we drove by on the highway the other day and saw some people in an unexpected place. Who would have thought that here, where we thought there was absolutely nothing but dry and red earth, there was a source of healing water and that once, long time ago, there was a spa? Unbelievable, I know.

For this #WednesdayWalk hosted by tattoodjay, I'm sharing some pics from another walk in Lisbon after last week's visit to São Jorge Castle (see Wednesday Walk: Castelo de S. Jorge). This time, we'll stroll along the Tagus River between Cais do Sodré train station and the famous Belém Tower. It's a lovely walk by the water, as you'll see in this post.
