"I want you back in my life Nicky. Please, I'd do what ever it takes but give me just one more chance. We could fix this" Tom begged. Nicky was deep in tears, she couldn't even look him in the face.
"Just go Tom, just leave" she managed to say amidst tears. " You cheat on me and then come back to tell me rubbish. You've got balls I must commend. Just go away before I say what I'm not supposed to say". "Go!"
Tom stood up and took his leave. "I'd go but I can't promise that I won't be back. Remember, I said I'd do all it takes". Tom walked away.

"Arggggggh why! Why me!" Nicky was so infuriated. Her eyes were red from excessive crying.
***Few days back***
Tom: so babe, I'm beginning to gain feelings for another girl.
With utmost shock on her face, Nicky replied,
Nicky: uhmm what do you mean by that?
Tom: like, there's this other girl that I'm beginning to like and this is because you pushing me away from you and that's causing a void in me.
Nicky: are you being serious now Tom?.
Tom: I'm dead serious babe.
Nicky: do not even dare, don't 'babe' me.
Tom: okay. Let me explain. My feelings are like a cup filled with water. You pushing me away has caused some water from the cup to pour out. And now, someone else it topping in. I can't control it, it is just happening.
Nicky was struck to her bone marrow.
Nicky: I like the fact that you're being honest with me but you're confusing me right now. How exactly am I pushing you away Tom? All I've done is five you my attention and now you tell me this.
Tom: babe, I'm soaked and dripping wet in love for you, but I'm just asking you to help me out. I can't control it.
Nicky felt some remorse in Tom's voice.
Nicky: I guess we don't have total control over our feelings after all.
Nicky was so sad. Like someone else was trying to take her place. If she was violent, she'd probably go into a fight with the girl but no, she was the calm and soft one.
Nicky: who is she?
Tom: it's Angela.
Nicky: Angela? The one that I know! What in the fuckery fuck!
Angela was a class lower than Nicky but she was the queen B of her class. Everyone wanted to be with her and now Tom was catching feelings for her. Amazing! Amazingly insane!.
Nicky: I need to go now, I'm not thinking straight.
Nicky walked away and didn't speak with Tom for some days. She didn't take his calls, avoided him in all ways, even at school.
One day, she decided to listen to her voice messages and they was from Tom. About ten to fifteen messages.

" I really need to see you Nicky, keeping distance wouldn't help at all"
" It's me again Nicky, could I see you tonight"
" Nicky please pick up your phone"
" Nicky, it's really urgent. I'm outside tour gate, could you please come downstairs?"
She stood up and saw him outside the gate. She hurried down but still out up an act for him
When Tom saw Nicky he went down on his knees and started sobbing.
" I'm so sorry Nicky. I didn't mean to"
" You didn't mean to what? Come to my house?." " C'mon Tom, get up".
" Nicky, I got sexually involved with Angela, I'm so sorry, you weren't taking my calls and she was the one helping me out, I got wrapped in in the….
"You what! Let me get this straight, when you say sexually involved, what do you mean by that. Did you have sex with Angela! Tell me Tom! Did you?".
Tom nodded in agreement.
"I did but I totally regret it. I swear no feelings were attached, it was just a fling, please Nicky.
She banged the door on his face and went inside. That is when it all started.
She picked up her phone and dropped a message for Tom.
"It's over Tom, do not ever try coming around me ever again" her voice was relatively low. She had cried out all her voice.
*** Present day***
Tom being the knucklehead he was kept persevering. By this time, Nicky had thought it over with a calmer head as saw that she was indeed at fault.
"Nicky, hey! Wait up" . Tom screamed while running towards Nicky. She stopped, very unlike her.
"Nicky, please I'm so sorry, I didn't mean to hurt you. If you tell me to leave I would and this time for real. But I need you back in my…" Nicky held him and kisses him.
" Say no more Tom, you've said enough". Tom was smiling sheepishly.

" Do..does this mean you've forgiven me" he stammered.
" Yes I have Tom, I realized I was at fault".
Tom lifted her and spun around.
" Thank you, thank you thank you" he said while placing kisses all over her face. " I've missed you babe".
" I missed you more".
" No I missed you morer" they laughed and walked out of the hall. They were back together and their bond became stronger.
