Today we went shopping at Walmart for some Easter essentials, milk, eggs, and candy. As soon as I unload the car, Debbie starts decorating the house for our guests on Sunday. She fills the candy dishes and chills the wine, then sits down to create a menu.

I walk past the side table, on the way to the bedroom and what do I see...my vintage green coin glass ash tray, filled with Reese's Peanut Butter Eggs. This is what happens when nobody smokes in homes anymore.

Coin glass was real popular in the sixties and usually depicted old coins or coin-like designs. This ash tray is heavy and weighs about 9 pounds. I really like the deep green color.

I may have to eat these 🍬 before Sunday comes around, so everyone can get a look at my garage sale fine.
