I cooked the pork for the sauce for 2 days and made meatballs from hamburger and lamb, sautéed celery, onion, Italian seasonings, eggs, breadcrumbs salt and pepper. I baked the meatballs first then cooked in the sauce on low for 4 hours soo all the flavors blended.
