📘 Diary by the Zambezi River|Day 21:
The Chinese Bridge and My Global Journaling Plan

💬 Today’s entry begins with an old line from Chinese poetry:
“A heart as clear as ice, resting in a jade pot.”
It’s not only a verse—it’s the origin of my WeChat name, and more importantly, the spirit behind all my journaling. For me, writing is both memory and legacy.
📝 I wrote my very first journal entry in early 2015 during a summer morning in the U.S. Since then, my pen has followed me across four continents, collecting fragments of growth, reflection, and adventure.
Now, almost ten years later, I’ve brought my words on-chain and launched my “Global Work & Life Chronicle”, hoping to build a digital universe of stories right here on Liketu.

If you also journal—whether by hand or by keyboard—I’d love to hear your journey in the comments. Let's connect through time and words.

🎤 Yesterday marked a special occasion: the Chinese Bridge language competition in Mozambique 🇲🇿 was successfully held. I had the privilege to witness this cultural and linguistic celebration, and exchanged ideas with the principal of ECM🏫.

We discussed youth education, future cooperation, and the beauty of language as a living bridge. It also inspired me to begin planning a Confucius Institute branch in Tete—a seed of culture and connection in this land I’ve come to love.

👩‍💼 Today, I visited the office of the First Lady of the province for a deep conversation about the upcoming Children’s Day celebration. We outlined key steps for implementing Sino-Mozambican cooperation and finalized the speech protocol. Her warmth and professionalism were deeply moving—and a reminder that diplomacy isn’t always about stages or flags, but people and sincerity.

🪷 From education to soft diplomacy, from languages to shared emotions—it all flows like a gentle river, finally arriving at the shores of this journal.

Cheers!
