Hello to everyone reading my blog post at this time. It's nice to have you around here. You can read my last post ARE YOU UNHAPPY IN YOUR RELATIONSHIP? CHECK OUT SIGNS YOU ARE IN A TOXIC RELATIONSHIP. I urge you to check it out as it will help you to understand the content of this post.
In this post I will talk about how to save a toxic relationship and make things work out for good. A lot of people are of the opinion that toxic relationships are always doomed and something good can not come out of it, but it is not always the case as it could be remedied.
The factor that could determine the reversal of a toxic relationship to a healthy one is for both partners to come to term with each other and be willing to change. If only one partner takes up the challenge of creating and establishing a healthy relationship atmosphere - it is likely that the change will not be effected.

There are some pointers you may like to look out for in order to determine whether things might be able to work out for good.
You need to observe if you both are willing to invest in turning things around. You must both display a reasonable degree of willingness, dedication and openness to invest your time, energy as well as resources in making a better relationship. This could be achieved by engaging in deep heart to heart conversations, spending time together, paying attention to little details. There is a popular saying that says that little things count.
Two wrongs can not make a right, says another adage. It is a necessity for both partners to recognize their wrongs - the behavior and attitude they exhibited in the past that harmed the relationship. It shows that they are aware of the fact that they want to turn a new leave and also taking self responsibility for their actions.
Furthermore, there must be a shift from criticizing to understanding each other. Both partners must be able to navigate their communication away from criticizing, blaming towards tolerating, and understanding each other. When this is achieved there might be light at the end of the tunnel.

It takes a lot to turn the tide of a toxic relationship around and it entails being patient, diligent and dedicated to the course. Generally, toxic relationships evolve from issues that were left unaddressed that built up and turned into grudges.
One sure way to make things change is to avoid dwelling on the past and focus on the present. You may have to address the issues you've got in the past but don't let it be perpetual. It should not be a major focus as you are on the quest of moving forward.
