A delicious granola inspired by the exotic tastes of Machu Picchu. Low in sugar and high in flavour, you will have to stop yourself from eating the whole batch in one sitting!

Ingredients:
2 cups oats
1/2 cup nut mix (almonds, pumpkin seeds, Brazil nuts)
2 heaped tablespoons coconut
1 heaped teaspoon cinnamon
2 teaspoons coconut oil
1/3 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup dried fruit mix (golden berries, goji berries, raisins and mulberries)
Steps
Mix oats, nut mix, coconut and cinnamon
On stove, melt coconut oil and maple syrup (you can also use honey or coconut nectar), add to dry mixture and stir
Spead evenly on a lined or greased oven sheet and bake for around 35 minutes at 300 F (150 C), continually turning the granola until golden brown and crunchy
Before serving toss in dried fruit mix
Recommend: serve with yogurt or on top of an açaí bowl
