脡stos ejercicios puedes hacerlos desde la comodidad de tu casa, tan solo usando el suelo. Puedes adaptarlos a tu gusto, nivel y comodidad para incluirlos en tus rutinas. Sin m谩s que decir, los dejo con los ejercicios.
As I mentioned, these exercises are easy or beginner level, however, that does not take away from the fact that they are useful and very intense exercises.
These exercises can be done from the comfort of your home, just using the floor. You can adapt them to your taste, level and comfort to include them in your routines. Without further ado, I leave you with the exercises.
