PRISTINE WHITE PAPER

If I could start my life fresh;
as pristine white paper.
What would I write?
I would be careful!
I'd use the finest calligraphy,
to say the things I really mean,
like I love you...
I’m so sorry...
I mean you no harm...
I really do care...

BUT,...
it’s not!
It’s crumpled paper,
filled with...
some regrets...
some hurtful words...
some selfish intent...
regrettable errors!

WHAT...
do I do
with what is left
of my crumpled and
error filled white paper?

VALUE IT...
make it count!
say the things I truly mean.
write new things in style;
in calligraphy...

VALUE IT...
Make it count!
Say the things I truly mean.
Write new things in style;
in the finest calligraphy...

LET...
the last piece;
the crumpled corner
be my new pristine white paper -
because it’s all I have left....
