20,000 is My White Whale

While @jompiy has his duty to Camden Market as the Camden Market Free Art Man, my obsession these days is to get 20,000 paper paintings (size 18 x 24" unless otherwise noted) finished within the next 20 years. I feel like Captain Ahab, and my white whale is the un-likelihood of actually achieving such a long term, creative investment. I’ll stick to a year for now, and make it to a thousand, and then reassess. These are all original paintings. I do 21 - 27 per week, with five weeks paid vacation, (the “paid” part is not having to paint while on vacation:)).
But I do truly love the labor. It is helping in many seen and unseen ways.
